Large store. Wide range of stock available. Something for everyone. Good sized garden centre. A few marked down plants around for purchase (the day I went). Friendly service. Good location

I was in store today and a wonderful young man named Pat from plumbing was absolutely amazing he went out of his way to help me with everything I needed. He even spoke to my dad over a video call to make sure we got the right stuff.

Friendly staff, plenty of parking. Wished that they had parent parking it would make it easier as some people park too close and it's really challenging trying to open the door and get my baby In the car.They have plenty of products.When there to get a safety baby gate which is pretty good.

Fantastic customer care and service from Michelle on front desk and Key Cutting. Genuinely great service, and much better than another local 'geelong locksmith' who couldn't cut keys with 2 chances to get it right. Michelle did it first time and was genuinely great!

Terrible customer service. Doesn’t matter who you ask there, they don’t know where anything is, don’t want to help or get distracted and start talking to their co-workers while you’re in the middle of asking them a question. I’ve even been told to look for products myself! I only go there when I desperately need something.

Tonight my hubby and I went to Bunnings, we were looking for a heat proof silicone, I stood at the Paint counter for over 5 minutes not 1 staff member asked would I like some help, the lady at the front door looked at me several times and did not call anyone to help. I then decided to go to the car to get reading glasses, when I entered the store again, she said, oh your back"

Was good and similar to other Bunnings stores but the aisles and store setup felt more roomy than many others - EG: the Warrnambool store is absolute rubbish for accessibility - DON'T go to Warrnambool Bunnings at all!

After having a mediocre experience with our first ever Bunnings delivery and having to go into the store to rectify this picking error, we were lucky enough to have been served by Lainee.Lainee went above and beyond to get our order sorted. Sourcing us the correct product and organising it to be delivered the next morning. Her rapport and customer service skills far exceeded any other staff member I have encountered at the store.She is an asset to the company.

Could honestly spend hours in the plant section alone.Staff were really helpful in pointing me in the right direction when I couldn't find something.I have always had a positive experience here.
