Jan and Sue are so lovely everytime we go in to shop. I have had the pleasure of being able to purchase beautiful shoes and my gorgeous Panama Hat from Equador. I wear it all the time, and love wearing my espadrilles or Rafa lace up flats with it.

Jan and Sue offer some of the best customer service I've ever received! I recently bought a pair of shoes for a function and Jan and Sue had requested they be express posted to the shop in order for me to receive them in time however they weren't. On the day of the function Sue tracked down the delivery driver and met him in the Street to collect the shoes prior to delivery so that I could wear them! They truly are so helpful, honest and friendly.

M’Lady’s staff are always willing to go out of their way to help find the perfect shoes, clothes and accessories. Love the earrings also, always something different with their diverse range. Great to be able to shop without the crowds of a shopping centre.
