The staff here are really good and answered all my questions and also helped me find the pair of shoes which I was looking for.

I bought four pairs of shoes for my children. Brought one pair back. Was told “no refunds”. Had to take a credit note. Could not use it on the website. Had to drive to another store as Drummoyne store has a poor selection of sizes vs product. Store in Burwood had equally poor selection of footwear. Emailed them asking for someone to call me about getting proper refund or giving me an online voucher, got a response saying area manager would call - didn’t ever hear from them. They wonder why people shop online!! So in summary don’t waste your time here.

Staff are incredibly rude. Please also educate them as to what is required when checking in as Service NSW set the app up in a way in which you don’t actually have to show your vaccination certificate when checking in due to it stating a valid certificate has been provided.Don’t go to this store.So disrespectful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very very rude staff Jeff who said he was the manager was very rude. My daughter purchased leggings and never tried on she had her baby with her , the clothes hanger stated size M her size when she got home she found out they were all size XS , she took them back and found all the size tags were taken off the hangers ( must have happened b4) Jeff the manager was very rude. Had my daughter in tears and that is not easy to do. We are now reporting to fair trading and will never buy from again. I have 3 sons who buy alot from them but no more . INSPORT TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Anyone else with problems you should report to Dept Fair Trading

Misery. I don’t know if the staff are mistreated here, but they’re definitely not friendly or happy.

4.1 - Very happy with my new shorts that were on Sale (They don't mark the clothing individually, but they were hanging under the sign which said $15). Shopping at an outlet was good because I could visit each store, gauge what they had and return to the one I wanted in whichever store! It wasn't too long of a wait for the change room at In Sport (although only 1 was open for us to use). The lady at the cashier was very friendly and patient with me (as I changed my mind at the last minute and wanted to try a size down, which fit great!). Great experience!

I would like give them 0 star! We bought 1 hoodie, my son doesn’t like it, when I need refunds, they said no refund, only can swap or give credit! Why before we bought the hoodie, they don’t tell us! They just liars!

We were served by a lovely young lady who helped us with some shoes. Helana was so knowledgeable and polite, an absolute pleasure and an asset to this store. Highly recommend coming in, we'll definitely be back! Thanks Helana, you were wonderful! :)

Disgusting customer service. Spoken to incredibly rudly. When I tried make the manager aware of his rude staff he was completely unhelpful and also spoke to me extremely rudely. I don't understand how people can be so rude for no reason. I will never shop here.
