Zart Art Head Office and Warehouse

This is the first bad review I've ever had to write. I placed an order with Zart 3 weeks ago. After waiting 2 weeks with no delivery (I live 20 minutes from warehouse) and with no communication, I asked to cancel and be refunded, to which I was assured would happen straight away. Another week on now, no refund and no communication. I've emailed and left voice messages.....nothing. An appalling way to run a business. Deciding on whether to call channel 9 or Consumer Affairs..?
