The worst experience ever. The groomer was supposed to give our beautiful Groodle a hygienic clip only which we discussed at length prior to our appointment 2 days before to ensure she understood. Instead the dog had chunks taken out of her fur! Her beautiful long eyelashes were cut off and even though we were called to say our dog was ready when we arrived she was still wet! We had to take her home and dry her off!! We are appalled that this person states she is a groomer and stylist!Be very wary about having your dog groomed here if you care.

We have taken our Pommeranian/toy poodle here every 6-8 weeks for the last year and have not had any problems. She certainly has always been clean and dry on pick up and Millie is happy to stay there, not frightened at all. Our requested cuts have been followed. We are happy with the services here.
