Environment is very good and quiet ,excellent place suitable for all to study or look for books ....

A little noisy today as there was a function be members of the community. The afternoon however was beautiful for intensive study until students came into the quiet study space.

Was here recently to join up. Friendly librarian, and helpful. Library had a wide range of books to offer from young to old. Plus other things available for patrons such as computers and printers.

Opened after long time, it's quite there n less people but it's quintessential place for resources for thousands and now the restrictions are gone... But be safe people.... Going good

Nice and spacious but very noisy. Kids area and reading area is common so Not recommended for quite study or reading. Perfect for taking kids though.It would be better if there is a separate kids section. Libraries are places where people expect silence and a peaceful environment to read.

Not half bad I guess, has some regular library facilities at your disposal, book selection is on the small side though.

One of the best services provided by the council. The Library has good set of books, including audiobooks and movies. Returning the borrowed artefacts is easy as well using the chutes that can be accessed outside the Library hours. The staff are very helpful and are ready to answer any questions you may have. The membership process is very easy, all you need is an Id. You can also access the online library services to reserve books you want to read and also renew the books borrowed. The library also sends you reminders to return books, which is useful too.There are also computers available that can be used for free. You can also avail services such as photocopy and scanning for a minimal cost.All in all very well run services. Thank you!!!!

It was the best Experience i have ever got. Timbo is the best staff member. I wish i can give him 10 stars. He is very helpful and professional. I do not have any words how helpful he is to everyone. I really appreciate to library having that talented staff member like Timbo.

I can’t thank the Point Cook library enough. Their hard work and dedication to helping my family get books during the lockdowns etc was wonderful. The delivery service was a great idea and very grateful for the team who organised this. Thank you !
