Pharmacist is an absolute gentlemen. He’s polite, friendly and always remembers my name. I feel the prices are a little more expensive to the other Direct Chemist Outlet‘s but it is located at the airport, on federal land and would come with a decent rent. My visit today was like always greeted as I walked in and was out in 2 mins.

Had a fantastic experience with Quettzoon Lai (pharmacist), had an urgent and unusual issue that needed to be sorted with urgency, and he was extremely helpful and empathetic. We had called other pharmacies in the area and none were willing to help us, but Quettzoon went out of his way to provide assistance. Would strongly recommend.
