Had amazing mains (fish tacos and barramundi) so we tried the deserts. Even better and the service was efficient and always with a smile especially from Bel Sorry about the photo but we couldn’t wait. YUUUUUUMMMMMM

The staff were superb, very friendly and attentive. Very nice fireplace in the resteurant that sets the mood, ‘table 5’ (for 2 people) was closest if you want to be near it.We had steaks, asked for rare and it was cooked to perfection (check photo), the potato it came with was good, gravy was average; but I’m a ‘gravy connoisseur’. Sticky date pudding for dessert, ding dang doo!

They have mixed up the orders and didn't bring what we ordered initially and then had to take a meal off the menu because of the mistake they've made.I've asked for a medium rare steak and that's what I got.. all dry, barely chewable piece of meat with no juices. When we informed the waitress that this steak is not medium rare, she asked back well what do you think it is"Ribs were pretty good

Definately worth a booking when in Jindabyne. Surprisingly bold flavours from a fairly safe, mainstream menu (which for us can be a deterrent as we like to try unique/experimental dishes). I had the whole trout (which was easy to dissect while eating) and my wife went with the mushroom pappardelle, both were great and we'll portioned to allow for an entre. The accompaniments with each dish also packed great flavours which often isn't the case in other places. Service was friendly and efficient, prices reasonable and pre dinner cocktails delish.

My partner booked this restaurant as a surprise for our anniversary. A beautiful intimate restaurant with a fireplace as the centre focus of the room.Ordered the calamari for an entre, it was possibly the best calamari I have ever had. Super light on the batter and the sriracha Mayo was a perfect start to the dinner. For mains we ordered the scotch fillet steak and the whole rainbow trout. Absolutely gorgeous.BIG shoutout to the bar team for accomodating my order for a Charlie Chaplin cocktail. Even though they didn’t have any apricot brandy I was more than happy for them to experiment with the drink and I was BLOWN AWAY !!We shared the sticky date pudding was the highlight of the night, along with the most friendly staff I have encountered in a long time. I didn’t catch her name but the young girl working on Monday 28 June was so lovely and made conversation with genuine interest.Definitely returning and going to try out the pub side. ❤️
