The staff member that I was dealing with had a very extensive knowledge of marine spares and went out of her way to access parts they didn't stock. Very friendly and great to do business with. I have had dealings with mechanical staff in the past and found them to be very knowledgeable and charge very reasonable rates.

We ordered our new boat with Blake from Hunts Marine, mainly because we could tell he was the Genuine Article right from the start. A Good Old Fashioned Genuine HONEST person with a GOOD Price, who was NOT giving us the usual Sales Baloney we had been experiencing!!Every time we spoke to him, he was professional, POLITE, helpful and happy to explain things fully. This was INVALUABLE to us, as we were ordering our Very FIRST boat from out of area, some 3 hours north.He gave us an expected date for delivery, and it was EXACTLY as per his word, 2 weeks before Christmas, with NO dangling carrots and FALSE dates that would never eventuate like many other dealers had done. And only when we pressed those other dealers for ACTUAL DATES they were expecting them from Quintrex, did we discover it was going to be LATE January, and they were NOT telling us the TRUTH !Even after a slight hiccup, (which was NOTHING to do with Blake) when we thought about cancelling our order, he STILL Remained, POLITE, Friendly, Calm, and helpful as we sorted the issue out.YES, we did end up picking up our new boat, EVERYTHING was perfect, the handover, was done beautifully, with everything explained SLOWLY (for us beginners) and we could not recommend HIGHLY ENOUGH Blake and his LOVELY Team @ Hunts Marine.Thank you Blake, for making our world a little brighter, our Christmas a whole lot better, (Especially for Hubby) during what has been our hardest few year of our lives. You are a TRUE Gentleman !!Sorry this has taken me some time to finally review, but it has given us the chance to use our boat, and truly review it.... and it is STILL running PERFECTLY, (as good as new) and not one hiccup yet :)PS. Rang up looking for a prop, super friendly and helpful over the phone. I was an hour away and was going to arrive just after they closed however Ethan provided some of the best customer service going around and took time out of his afternoon and waited back after they shut 10 minutes for me to come and pick it up!

Blake Mc Carthur and his mechanic Justin from Hunts Marine Yallah have gone above and beyond with our boat. When you see good work, you have to commend it. So helpful. Definitely the best on the coast to purchase a new boat or for servicing. Highly knowledgeable people, respectful and trustworthy.
