Arrived 10mins before their advertised closing time (5pm) after an hour drive into Greensborough which is in the middle of nowhere Melbourne, and they had shut-up shop; no one to be seen. What’s worse is they knew I was coming...

DISAPPOINTED Service and will NOT recommended to friends !!! Please think carefully if you choose them. Kwik fix serviced the auto gate after power outage, 3 remote controls with full battery were working perfectly before their service, but not working to the gate after service( Reset system), now only 1 remote control working.called up they said not their responsibility,ignored my Email.

Kwik Fix David parked in main units driveway, and even though other parking was available, he refused to move. Also refused to let me (an owner) onto my property, angrily and rudely about to put bollards down to stop me! He told me he'd have me charged with obstructing works through OHS" .. For goodness sake

Called at 430 5 times not there ?

Had a problem with my garage roller door running out of the tracks and jamming. I called around lunchtime and the door was fixed before the end of the day. Great service. Competitive pricing ($30 better than some other companies I rung). Barrie, who came out to fix the door, seemed to know what he was talking about and despite it being a very old door he was happy to fix it rather than trying to push for replacement parts or new door.Happy with the service and would recommend them without any problem.

Kwik Fix were fixing an automatic gate at my block of flats and they had parked their vehicle in our main driveway. I asked in a polite manner if the workman could move his car so I could drive in and he replied in a very rude manner telling me no and to go away and come back in an hour. I told him there was no need to be rude and he replied with I'm in no mood for this and I'll be rude if I want to. He said it was an OHS issue which is fair but this could have been communicated in a polite way instead of with rude arrogance. I emailed my complaint twice after no response first time then finally got a response justifying their rude behavior. I was treated in a very poor manner and I will never use them again. Very disappointed.
