So disappointed with my first and only purchase and the customer service :-( Bought a sweater, that was far too big, their sizing is very oversized, and they refused to exchange even with me offering to pay all of the postage. As it was on sale apparently this stops them from helping the customer at all! The T&Cs aren't at all clear when you purchase via Instagram. Off to St Vinnies for this item!
