The service here was very good and informative. Although, I was just filling time while my wife was at the physio- the young bloke made the Traeger Smoker look tempting enough to consider buying it.

Since the crusty old couple (former franchisees) have departed, service is markedly improved, staff are less timid and happy to assist. I go here for my propane refills - well priced and done while I wait. I just wish they would push offset smokers more, instead of pellet grills.

Avoid this company. So customer care in this store is NOT a thing. Nor is the warranty service. If they can blame you for damage they will to avoid having to fix anything wrong with their products. So disgusted that after 1 month glass in door breaks and we are blamed we must of shut it on a log and broke it. When I said no we didn't they said that's what it looks like from picture and refuse to even look at it... oh and spend more money with us to get the glass replaced, but can't get you glass to September So very very angry disgusted!

This is my first time to give 1 star review! I normally go to this place to refill my gas bottles couple of years! This Wednesday I I dropped off my gas bottle around 9 -10Am , when I picked it up and one staff helped me to put my in my car, thanks for this man for your help! Last night I lifted this new gas bottle and realised so so light, looks like half bottle weight! Just ten minutes ago I contact this shop and the manger Arron answered my phone ， he said this gas bottle refill by capacity not by weight and he can’t do anything! This is so weird ! I never never never come to this shop again!

Excellent service from Jess. She went above and beyond to organise a replacement thermometer (warranty). Sadly, their head office and online team weren't nearly as helpful.

Guy said no pellets in stock .. did not bother to tell me i could get some over the stret at the weber store ... might loose a sale for somthing they do not even have in stock
