All staff and management are such beautiful people, I love sending my son here and he loves to go here. They were especially great with a first time mum and experiencing daycare for the first time etc. very reassuring which was fantastic. I absolutely love this day care. Centre inside and out is super clean. We get regular updates on everything that’s happening. Would 100% recommend Sussana and her team to anyone who is looking for a great reliable safe place to send you babes too.

Being a first time mum worried about daycare, this centre and the staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel extremely comfortable and welcoming with my 2yr old child's care and needs. From weekly updates on the curriculum to effective communication using the OWNA app. From in-depth posts/ photos of the children's day to day activities, to their ability to attend each individual childs needs. I never have to worry and I have great pride in my son being able to be part of the Grow family.

We have been fortunate enough to have our little fella enrolled at Grow Killarney Vale, they have been amazing. We have seen so much growth from our boy since he has been attending learning songs, how to play with others and building his speech and communication skills. It can be difficult to find centres with good staff who care but we have been so happy with Grow, the staff are great and always engaging. They know all the kids well and always fill you in on how your child's day was. If your looking for a great little day care then give Grow a go.

Great team that work there. My son has been going for the last 3 years so we went through the change over of management that happened in the last few months and its really improved. They update the rooms constantly and provide a fantastic overview of what the children did in the day through an app so I understand all the things my son did in the day!Its a small school so it's nice to see familiar faces and my sons feels comfortable with the educators. On those tough days where he just doesn't want to go, they are very slow and helpful to ease him in and don't just rush him in and push me out the door which can make such a difference when you really don't have the patience yourself! If your new to the area, check it out because killarney vale primary school is right across the road so it's a great transition school.

My 3 children attend Grow in Killarney Vale and love it! The educators are all lovely, there are always fun activities planned and my fussy eaters love the food! It's a smaller centre which means there is a personal touch and the educators get to the know the children really well.

I have had 3 children go through this centre. Unfortunately I had to pull my third out which is very upsetting to my daughter and our family. The young girls who look after the kids daily are amazing, however management is the total opposite. My son started Kindy this year and Bright Buttons continued to take payments for him after he had left their centre. Once I noticed a while later I brought it to there attention and the girls apologised and said the owner Karen Dartnell would fix this up, stop the payments and credit me for my daughter. I was totally fine with this. But payments continued. I had to bring this up numerous times. In the end with no response from the owner/manager Karen I started asking for statements to see what was going on. I asked for months. No response. Finally 3 months later she sends me statements and tries to tell me we owed hundreds of dollars. But she will wipe it for the inconvenience. HANG ON WOMAN. You owe me the money. I reply with my work sheet and days my children actually attended and showed her where I was overcharged. She then ignored me for 3 weeks. Nothing. I chased her daily via email as she will NOT LET THE GIRLS give out her number. I also asked the girls to get her to call or contact me almost everytime I dropped off my daughter. Nothing. I even threatened fair trading and still nothing. So I work out how much is owed to us (as she wouldn't work with us) and handed in my 2 weeks notice to correspond with the money owed and days left. I had to call my bank to stop her taking the payments. There was also other small discrepancies against her charges and payments taken. 1 week left of our 2 weeks notice and at drop off are told by the young girls that mahli is refused entry. We said our daughter is owed up until the 18th of May 2018 and that also corresponds with her last day from the official notice you requested from us. Which we have all in writing. The young girl then tells me if i take mahli through she will call DOCS. I said go ahead. Embaressed at the scene they are causing when they owe us money. I take her in and sign her in as her name is still on the register. Later on my husband gets a phone call from Karen the owner and tells him he has 1hr to collect our child or she will call the police. I get on the phone and thank her for finally calling me after all of these months. She goes on to say mahli isn't even enrolled and I said well I signed her in this morning with her name printed on your register and my official notice as per your request is the 18th of May so she has until the end of the week to attend. Which the girls in the centre agreed to in emails. She told me I was lying. 5 times. I have photo evidence of signing that roll with her name and date. She then threatens me with court and legal action. The police or DOCS were never called. She has also never brought up our bond or the amount that is owed back. I have spoken with a few mums from the school and they too never received a bond back when there child started school. 1 mum still hasn't and the other had to go as far as fair trading to get a result. The girls are lovely. But the management is non existent. Not once have I heard an apology or even them admit to taking money for my son when I have statements with proof. It's taken 3 months and them to kick me out before I even here from them. I asked numerous times for a phone call, email or meeting with someone. For 3 months. What more can I do but pull my daughter out and upset her stability? We cannot stay somewhere when they take money from you and are NOT available ever to be spoken to. In the whole time we have been there not ONCE have we ever seen the manager in the school. Is just the young girls running the show and without them she would have nothing. Be careful. If you must go here keep a very close eye on your payments.Oh and she told me if i leave a bad review she will sue me for deformation. As I told her this is 100 percent the truth and I'm happy to show anyone the evidence. People need to be wary.
