Highly recommend. John is a very intuitive and very knowledgeable sports masseuse. Great value for money, but most of all, very effective. Had a long standing shoulder injury which hadn’t improved in over a year. In two sessions it’s infinitely better and making improvements each time. He’s also a kind and generous person by nature. Well worth giving him a try to manage your athletic or maintenance pursuits; or to recover from injuries ongoing.

Had my First Massage with John over the weekend amzing i was experiencing a headache that i suspected caused by my neck it was a trial by error however after I woke up the next day without a headache i was stoked thanks to John ! Best massage therapy I’ve ever had. I felt very safe in John’s caring and careful hands. I felt trusting in their knowledge and experience of the body, anatomy, massage, and movement practices too. I fully enjoyed the way they made a connection with reading my body and their therapy felt very intuitive. I will continuing to have treatment sessions at Neural Pathways be a regular thing. Highly recommended.
