Duttons Subaru

Purchased a second new lease Subaru Forester for my wife after also purchasing our first Forester from Craig at Duttons (great service as well).Trent was also a great, easy to approach salesman and made sure everything was done properly. He also did a very detailed handover of all the many features that the Forester has.Trent has also given good follow up service with any concerns, and has gone out of his way to make sure all has been done properly as far as following up with the service department with the first service coming up soon.Thanks and appreciated.

Lost a piece of my car. Said they would replace it. It’s been months and they have not replaced it.

Took the families Subaru Forester in for a service and to fix an issue with the rear bearings. On arrival reconfirmed the issue being the right wheel bearing and the service guy asked if they could use an addition 1-2hrs if they required it for further investigation of the advised issue to which they were told no it just needed a service and repair of the aforementioned. On collection of the vehicle we were presented with a $650 invoice, $500 for a basic service and coolant change plus an additional hour charge at $150 for further investigation of this issue which I had already told them what it was. They did not repair the issue and when questioning the invoice we were given a long winded run around and arguments about the costs to service at Subaru with trained professionals etc etc for the high costs and they would not remove the additional cost as they say it needed to be diagnosed first and could not get the part to fix it, told we would have to book it back in. Paid the invoice walked out and will never use this rip off company again.

Felt welcomed, professionally warm staff, serviced by a female customer servicer that helped me feel at ease in a male dominated profession.Felt included in process, good job carried out by the company.
