Australia Post - Broadway Nedlands LPO

I just went into Broadway Post Office for a Self Representing Party — Verification of Identity for Property Transaction. The process took a little time, but the service was great, and the woman knew her stuff. Thank you Broadway Post Office.

This is a postal service by Australian Government. You can send your documents and/or parcel to anywhere in the world using their services. They western union service as well. You can send from or receive money here. When you want to take this service please ensure you have photo id with you. They also sell stationery such as pen, pencil, paper gift cards, etc.

That old Asian lady had a very bad altitude, every time go their to collect my parcel, she always looks like someone own her money. Terrible altitude and service. However, other staffs are friendly. Strongly recommend post to fire her off.

The bloke that works here is lovely & always helpful! The lady on the other hand potentially rudest women I’ve ever met … always horrible to customers every time I’m there with a condescending attitude.

Very bad service and attitude to the customer. I was bringing my friend to apply a tax file but I did not know we need to apply 100point check now. The older woman's (I guess she is the owner) attitude was like we are not welcomed at all, and she is very bureaucratic and inpatient to help and explaining.The Aussie youth lady who works there was well and professional to deal with my parcel collection. Its shame for her to work for such a non professional old woman.

Great service .. efficient and very helpful staff .. thank you for organizing postage and insurance on my packages.

Already had some unpleasant experiences with the Asian lady at counter a few times before. Customer service was impersonal and even rude. Today, I decided to go to this Post anyway because I needed an important document mailed immediately. When I entered the Post, she was attending to another customer so another clerk (tall man, Caucasian, with long beard) attended to me. When I was approaching him, my toddler got some cards from the display. I let him be so that I can go to the clerk/man and finish my business at the counter ASAP. I politely told him the service I needed for my document and paid for it. Then I heard him to saying something about the card. I thought he was referring to the card I used in paying. I realised that he was telling me to return the cards my son got (my son was just inside the store within our view). I told him okay (I really plan to return the cards as soon as I can) after I finish my transaction ( I was just waiting for him to give the receipt). Then with a stern and commanding tone, he ordered me by saying Could you do it now?". I was so shocked to hear what and how he said it to me that I frowned and just went to my son

So the young asian man is very kind, however the bearded middle aged caucasian man is the biggest most sarcastic prick i have ever met in customer service, if he really hates serving people why is he even working there?! honestly, other ausposts I've been to have been very helpful and reliable, this man made me wrap and pack my own parcel, didn't even provide me the tracking number until i asked (even tho I asked nicely on the first occasion) gave me the most sarcastic tone like I am not meant to ask questions, biggest prick ever, if i ever run into him again i will formally lodge a complaint and give him a piece of my mind !!! Will definitely make sure to never go back there again!
