Unfortunately this business is only getting two stars as they were unable to communicate an estimated time of arrival for delivery. My parcel was two days late. It would be great to see this company reflecting other industry goals with clear communication to the buyer.

Great spot overlooking the sea and you get to watch the rugby, bloody awful referee, most confusing decisions and lots of arm waving bewildered the crowd. Good canteen facilities, close to central Kiama, lots of parking space. Worthwhile a visit to watch country rugby. Friendly crowd, good natured players. No thuggery.

Ridiculous, no attempt made to deliver packages, waited outside my building for the delivery for over 45mins only to be sent a text message that they attempted to deliver unsuccessfully whilst standing outside, the lie is just so sad. This has happened more than twice now. Please go elsewhere tell your suppliers to use DHL not TNT.

After receiving notification that parcel has been picked up from our towns depot (that we don't have) and again making phone calls to actually track the item down my wife is picking it up from depot. It is 3 towns and 40 minutes away. Poor effort by TNT and their affiliates GRANGERS. As a shift worker I am not always available to sign paperwork hence the reason for placing sign next to door asking to just leave parcel. Would definitely use a different company if at all possible.

Horrible. Twice now the driver has attempted" delivery and each time I get a notification that I am not home. That is a complete lie. I work from home and my office is in the same room as the doorbell. I have called the customer service line over 3 times
