ALDI

Love Aldi, we do our main shop here and then go to Coles or woollies for anything we can't find in aldi.The registers are always busy, but I don't think that's Melton store only, it's most aldis I've been to.Always have a good range of stuff and a lot of stuff that is excellent and unexpected.

This is a huge store, all on flat ground. It is wheelchair assessable, great priced goods from food to clothes, toys, and kitchen items. The special buys are always a bargain. If you want alcohol they stock that too. You do pack your purchases yourself and use your own bags, but you can buy bags from them too. Friendly and amazing prices.

My first time shopping at Aldi and i am amazed, what a pleasant experience. Not only did i find all my groceries but the customer service from the store attendant Rose was impeccable!! Aldi need to employ more people like her!

The worst & racist checkout operatorOn 06.02.2023 at around 6.30pm, I went to do shopping at this store. And I have received the worst and insulting customer service from that old checkout operator (did not bother to check her name). I could not hear what she was saying, and she got angry and started throwing my stuff in the trolley even biscuit, no hi hello. She was showing her anger to me. Then she angrily asked me why I am not listening to her? Having had her rude behaviour, I couldn't control myself but to say her back some words. She ended up with saying, 'don't come back here'.Well seriously, I will never do my shopping at Aldi, nor anyone of my family member.I have heard of Aldi showing racial behaviour to certain skin and today I have got proof of it....So no more Aldi!!!!!!

I'm very disappointed in Aldi because they don't have an express lane and when you only buy 1 or 2 items most times I have to wait up to 15min until I'm served and to me this is a very long time because I'm a disabled woman.Aldi does not take into consideration that when people have to wait such a long time to be served it really upsets them and I've seen many customers just leave e want they wanted to purchase and simply just walk out of the store myself included.

Absolutely ridiculous. I need help trying to find something online that’s not in any categories tried calling to speak with someone and absolutely no help but some stupid automatic message that gave me no hope do better. Absolutely a waste for everyone’s time

Great price's, staff are good,only had 1 issue, charging me to shop. Given a token, had no change. Made it clear have a token at home, didn't want to buy another. Spent over $200. Didn't matter, wanted the $1 for a token I didn't need or want.I also bought Julius fresh dog food, was moldy!

Special buys and great deals. Not everything is the cheapest, but you'll almost certainly save if you shop at Aldi.

Like all other aldi rush at the checkout. Nothing special here than other branches. Good parking space.

Went shopping at Aldi on High street Melton. Had great service from the cashier Jolly. She was so proffessianal at her service and polite.I hope we have such service like hers in our Supermarkets. Well done Jolly keep it up!!
