Gainsborough Views

We moved down from Cairns to the Gold Coast with such help from the property managers. Being a small young family this property was exactly what we wanted. Not only was it a perfect size but also a great location to be able to access the Gold Coast and Brisbane. The complex was quiet and the pool was perfect for summer. The location was also great for schools and daycare. This has by far been the best rental experience we have had. The property managers were so nice, friendly and helpful. When something needed to be actioned, it got done straight away.We have since relocated to NSW however if we end up back on the Gold Coast we would rent here again.

Lived in Gainsborough views for 2 years and couldn’t recommend living in this complex enough! The property managers Karl and Narina are so lovely and were always a pleasure to deal with. Complex was always very well maintained, nice and quiet and family friendly.

The managers of Gainsborough Views deserve immense praise. They were nothing short of excellent in their roles. From the moment I inquired about the property to the day I moved out, their professionalism, promptness, and helpfulness were truly commendable. They were always available to address any concerns or inquiries I had, and their genuine care for the residents was evident throughout my tenancy.Another standout aspect of this rental estate was the meticulous attention given to outside maintenance. The estate was always in impeccable condition. The well-manicured lawns, neatly trimmed hedges, and clean common areas contributed to the overall appeal of the estate. It was evident that the management prioritised the upkeep of the outdoor spaces, creating an inviting environment for all residents to enjoy.The management team implemented fair and reasonable rules that were designed to ensure the comfort and well-being of all residents. These rules were effectively communicated, and their enforcement was consistent and considerate. They contributed to maintaining a harmonious living environment, fostering a sense of respect and cooperation among residents.Overall, my experience at Gainsborough Views was outstanding. I would highly recommend this rental estate to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-managed, and friendly community to call home.

Great complex to live in. Very quiet and facilities are well maintained. The Body Corporate Managers Karl and Narina are very friendly and helpful.

5 stars is for property manager Karl and Narina. They are very friendly and efficient. They respond very quickly All community and swimming pool are tidy, clean at anytime. Very organized overall.The house is fairly new and in good condition. Highly recommended.

Lived at Gainsborough Views for nearly 3 years, quiet and secure, a lovely place to live with my boys. Kids loved playing in the pool with the other kids in the complex. Some great parks in walking distance and plenty of shops near by. Narina & Karl are amazing to deal with, Karl always very quick in attending to anything that needed fixing up around the house. Would highly recommend living at Gainsborough Views, definite peace of mind for me :)

Living here is great. The Property Managers, Karl and Narina manage the property very well and any issues are quickly taken care of. The facilities are well cared for and always look neat and tidy. It is wonderful having a pool within the complex to cool off after those hot summer days. There are some lovely, welcoming tenants to make you feel part of a community. Easy access to the M1 and 2 shopping centres within 5 minutes and Westfields Coomera an easy 10 minute drive. Lots of eating out options within a short drive or delivery.

My husband and I lived in one of the beautiful town houses in Gainsborough Views for 4.5 years up until we made the decision to start a family and buy a house of our own. The complex is quiet and Karl and Narina who manage the complex were really great, excellent to deal with the whole way through. I would highly recommend Gainsborough Views to anyone looking for a quiet and secure rental place to live.

I can’t recommend Karl and Narina highly enough. We rented here for 1.5 years and had we not moved overseas we would still live here. Awesome landlords who truely cared about tenants and looked out for us. Grounds always well taken care of, landlords on site who looked out for needs of everyone.100% recommend living here!

Only left as i had to move interstate.Units are modern and spacious with NBN internal and the garage fits a large family size car. Nice quiet area with shops and public recreation areas within walking distance.Narina and Karl are the property managers and they are a pleasure to do business with. Very helpful and friendly and always give plenty of notice for upcoming tasks relative to the property.
