Thank you Tim for your amazing service this morning. We had been dreading the thought of choosing a new bed but Tim made it a pain free and confident process.

I'd like to provide some feedback about the exceptional service provided by Tim the store manager.We dont get much time alone as husband and wife and arrived just past closing time on Saturday.We saw the closing time and Tim welcomed us in and said no problems, we were the only clients and he made us welcome, wasn't pushy and explained the lot. He obviously new his product and had some fun, we couldn't make a decision that day, returned the next day after finding another potential solution that was more affordableThat said we wanted to give our business to someone that gave service and ended up going with this store and Tim, just because it felt rightTim doesn't pressure , knows his product and has now, with my family got our future businessThanks for a pleasant experienceRawson family

We visited the Forty Winks Toowoomba this morning to purchase a new matress for our bed.Walking in blindly, with no idea what we were looking for - we received the BEST customer service we have ever received in Toowoomba from Tiffany.She was AMAZING with our children, patient with our decision making and very, very knowledgeable.We finally made a decision based on her knowledge and advice and are really happy!Good customer service is few and far between but I would shop at Forty Winks Toowoomba over and over again just to receive the service I did today from Tiffany.Thank you Tiffany we are really grateful!

Amazing service from Tiffany who helped us choose a bed that suited our needs instead of trying to upsell something we didn't want or need. Can't recommend enough!

Fantastic!!!can't recommend Tim enough, I started with an online enquiry and he called me that day and then I ended up visiting him in-store due to his great service over the phone. The service just got better in store with his knowledge re the products we were interested in, as well as helpful tips and info to ensure we were comfortable , happy and secure in our purchases, he took care of everything , the ordering , delivery, added extras and also discounts!!! We left the store feeling very confident and happy with our purchases and so pleased with the deals he did to ensure we paid best price possible. Can't thank him enough.

Fantastic knowledgeable service by Tiff. Was told 2-3 weeks to receive our mattress but she had it delivered in less than a week! Would highly recommend these guys! Great customer service is rare so I was blown away with just how amazing Tiff was. We desperately needed a new matress & Tiff really took the time to answer all our questions & we never felt preasured. If you need a new mattress, go & see Tiff! You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately it has come to the point I need to provide feedback. We brought a superking mattress from sleepy. Easy to deal with great price and delivery was without any issue. We decided though that 40 Winks had the bed frame we were after. We ordered it on the 11th of December on a sale. We then waited through to the 9th of March for delivery. After multiple phone calls and follow ups asking for an estimate date of arrival. With the 9th being confirmed only after there was multiple delays and it had sat in store for a few days; with our phone call prompting the dispatch. Once delivery was made of 3 packages. It came to our attention when putting the bed together that there was no bed slats and the bed could not be used. Secondly, while pulling off the plastic from the fabric bed end there was a puncher through the secondary inner layer straight into the fabric causing a hole. These errors could have only happened from the manufacturer. We immediately contacted the store. The lady we have been dealing with has been lovely and supportive regarding the missing bed slats and the hole in the bedend fault. However, it is now the 22nd of March and we still have no slats and no resolution on the hole in the bed end.We have received the bed slats on the week of the 17th of April. The manager personally drop them off with a gift for our patience. We are still awaiting the replacement bed end. No ETA has been given and no further communication to date (19th of May).27th May The replacement bed end has arrived along with replacement side frames due to a smaller issue on the inside. This wasn't expected but appreciated.The timeframe for initial delivery was completely reasonable. However, the replacements definitely took a seriously extended time. The staff at 40winks Toowoomba have been lovely and I do understand the supplier had a lot to do with the issue. However, unfortunately this does reflect upon the store/company. Hopefully this wont happen to anyone else in the future.
