Owner was very rude to me and my husband when we there. We were just walking in to enquire about their business, we didn’t even start talking and she abruptly yelled at us saying we can’t come in here and can’t have a look at the environment. Her approach was very rude and unfriendly.I would think if you want to run a business it is extremely rude to your walk in customers to not let them see the inside environment of your location, she just shouted at us and told us your not allowed to come inside.Terrible business and customers service. she even stood at the door and stared at us as we left. We were never rude we just wanted to ask even about business opportunities as my husband is a music teacher. Disappointing service wouldn’t recommend coming here.

It was quite an unpleasant experience talking to the owner and being at the academy. The academy was very dirty with many bugs lying around the rooms. It wasn't tidy and was very messy in general. The owner was very rude and I even overheard her talking bad things about the teachers there. I felt very uncomfortable with the environment and decided to not send my kids there.
