Beach Yoga Cronulla - Ying Bean
I had never practised before until i found yoga by the beach during the pandemic. Physically challenging and the greatest solace for my mind, Yings persistant happiness paired with the beauty of an outdoor studio by the beach is quite likely to be one of the best yoga experiences that can be found in Australia.
