I have tried endless ways to lose weight and improve my fitness in recent years but nothing really stuck until I started working with Matt through his online personal training service. Since working with him I have noticed my mental and physical health has improved and I have even noticed a reduction in my chronic lower back pain. The online personal training option gives me the freedom to choose when and where I work out, and the workouts are always changing and staying fresh and interesting which makes it exciting to go to the gym. Matt always responds promptly and takes an active interest in each workout and program that I complete. The online option gives me the motivation and accountability to keep me showing up regularly at the gym and yet it is a fraction of the cost of face to face personal training. I am keen to smash out the next goal with you Matt!

I have trained with Matt for almost 9 years and Matt has always been proactive in mixing things up with our training to help achieve the specific goals set at any point in time. He never lets sessions get monotonous and is helps keep me focused to not lose motivation.
