Worst service i've ever received. Complained that the watch i wanted a battery changed on was 'difficult' bur still took the job. Then on collection 30 mins later sat on the phone (on a clearly personal call) for 10 mins refusing to acknowledge my presence (and other customers) for 10 mins until i insisted he axknowledge me. Disgusting behaviour, would never use his services again!
