I would like to give a big shout out to Pat for the fantastic service offered by him for a recent incident that I had with my ear pods. My ear pods had been recalled and I was requested to send these back for a replacement. On the day I was planning on sending them back I dropped one and my husband ran over it in his car :-( I contacted Pat and told him that I would still be sending my charging case back but there was only going to be one pod in the pack. Pat promptly sent me out a prepaid return envelope and I sent off the goods. To my surprise and pleasure, within days Pat had returned a completely new case as well as 2 new pods. This was above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Pat. BTW I love my ear pods :-)

Excellent Customer Service. The sent out the replacement part for my damaged headphones under warranty and arrived the next day.

TAG are great. I've sent loads of gear to be serviced from Audio Technica, QSC and Martin Audio. They are quick and provide clear communication about issues. Pricing is very good as well. Would recommend them as a repairer and supplier.

Had a set of Headphones repaired, threw in a free set of earpads, and delivered them back to me overnight. Very quick and excellent service.
