Poor communication, taking advantage of the elderly plus no responsibility of quote when challenged. Charge for gutter cleaning when gutters were clean. Confirmed by staff on arrival and left after 15mins. We challenged the invoice of $165, always happy to pay for the visit but tried to consult the owner and the office to renegotiate the cost without success. Paid the full amount in the end without their fair consideration of the situation after 3 attempts. They sent invoice to debt collectors. Could have resolved straight away if bother to return phone call.If you use them make sure the job is quoted fairly and if a pensioner don’t trust them.Very disappointing for a local small business.I’m sure Jim would not be happy!
