Great service from GREAT team! Keep it up

Personally I travel over 20 minutes to get the top notch customer service that everyone deserves. I've never been anywhere where that Amer and his friendly and helpful team work hard and fast to give speedy service with a smile and I highly recommend that if your sick of waiting around at other chemists, get your pharmaceuticals and related goods from knoxfield pharmacy as they are defiantly worth your time. Thanks guys keep up the wonderful work.

This must be the worst pharmacy I have ever walked into.The attitude, the customer service was disgusting, especially to the lady who approached me at the front. All I asked for was to have a statutory declaration signed and I was made feel like I was asking for blood. I was dismissed and told to come back tomorrow and spoken down to. I then asked again why I have to come back tomorrow and it could not be done today? I just needed a signiture. The pharmasis said I can only sign 1 page and that's all and that I had to come back in 10min now and to give gold coin donation(which I don't have a problem in doing)I am appalled that these business can talk to customers like that and make people feel angry and upset. This place has no respect for people and you would think this small business would want to help the locals during these times. I will let my family never to give business to them again as this was my local chemist.

Fantastic service. The staff are so bubbly and helpful. Definitely has that community feel that other big stores lack. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and gives excellent advice.Lots of unique gifts. Very happy!

The pharmacist is really informative and goes out of his way to give you lots of advice. The pharmacist took the time to listen to me and assess my symptoms. The staff are really friendly, know their customers by name and are quick to help. Overall great place with wonderful people.

Went in today asking for help with a simple signing of a statutory declaration. Was greeted with a rude checkout assistant who didn’t have the time of day for me. She lacked any friendliness and was cold. She told me that they were too busy to sign such a thing even though the place was dead. I was the only person in store. Good customer service goes a long way.**Update Response to the owner"**Sorry 100% your store. My name is not on record because I was shunned away from your store!"

Just a great, community-orientated pharmacy that do more than just fill scripts or shove products down my throat. The pharmacist was thoroughly knowledgeable, and picked up things no other pharmacist has before. His assistants were super warm and friendly from the delightful smile as soon as I walked in to the time I left. Thank goodness places like this still exist!

So good to find a pharmacy with experienced and lovely staff like this one!
