Terrible. Terrible. TERRIBLE. 2 hours for a shellac mani pedi and this was the result. Never been so disappointed. Never had such bad, poor quality shellac nails. The manicure was also rushed and poorly done.Don’t recommend for any one.Ended up going across the road and got them redone - much better job AND CHEAPER PRICE.Go somewhere else. I will not be returning as I would receive the same service as shown in the pictures above.You also misinterpreted the review as a ‘time issue’. Which clearly it is the substandard manicure/shellac job that is beyond disappointing.- NNM apologies for the time issue in their detailed message. But no mention of the inadequate manicure/shellac job.Which in my interpretation is that this is a decent result at NNM. This is the standard provided.Also in your reply it is explained NNM cannot comply with peak season and the influx of clients at your salon during this time.As well as suggesting the staff you have on at the moment, such as the employee that did my manicure/shellac are under qualified/ not qualified.Thank you again for trying to rectifying the problem by suggesting I come back into NNM. I will be declining the offer.I wish this had a different outcome,Emily

Unfortunately (since my original 5 star review see below) more than a year ago and having my nails done here routinely for a year I have seen the work change over this time. Today I have had a terrible experience getting my nails done. My nails were cut way too short which I can live with but I had x3 cuts/ abrasions to my fingers from the drills and I asked for them to stop but they wouldn’t. I ended up having to leave as I had stinging pain from the cuts from the drills and blood on my fingers. In 20 years of having my nails done, this has to be my worst experience today to the point I couldn’t even get my nails finished as they had blood on them. When I requested them to stop they began speaking in vietnamese and laughing at me. I would never come back here after this experience & such a shame as they had been so good. not the best, went in with my friend. they applied my nail wonky, they leave you with the nail colour selection thing and don't bother taking it back once you're done (just put it on the floor). my nails came out not as bad as I'd expect but my friend started bleeding, don't file down so much be careful, they even missed a spot on her nail too, staff could be a bit nicer too.

I booked an appointment for french tip nails with nail polish. i waited about an hour before i got them done after being told there was room for me? When i told them what i wanted they seemed confused and pushed me to do sns after i requested polish. i then literally walked out with my nails like this so i wouldnt go here if i were u

Relatively happy with my SNS. They did a quick job which isn’t always a good job, but there were no lumps and bumps. Still a mess left under the nails and when I asked if they could clean it up, they said I should do it at home as they were getting busier. I should mention they started to chip two days after getting them as well.

The pedicure was incredibly soothing, and the ladies who work there are very sweet. Although the scrubbing was somewhat ticklish, I managed to overcome it. The cost is affordable and sensible. Amazing business and I would come again!

I’ve been coming here for years and always had a positive experience. Nails are usually pretty consistent (sometimes a bit sloppy with too much top coat). I always get sns on my hands, shellac on toes & sometimes eyebrows waxed. The ladies are lovely and they have a huge selection of colours in all products. It can get busy and they never turn people away so be careful going when it’s busy if you don’t want to wait.Competitive prices & 10% off when you pay cash - except Sunday’s.

I had shellac nails done for the first time there. They were absolutely stunning. The lady I had was a perfectionist they look amazing. I will definitely be going back

Terrible service, I came in with my friend and we had an appointment they made us wait for an hour and half and the whole process was 4 hours! they were talking bad about both of us in Vietnamese, our nails turned out terrible they were wide and chunky to the point where we wanted to take them off when we got home. When we asked them to fix it they ignored us and didn’t do anything about it. I would never come back here they charged alot for what they were worth. Definitely don’t recommend terrible service and nails

Girls always friendly and nice. Do a good job, however soaking hands in nail polish remover solution unpleasant and it feels disgusting on your hands for some time after treatment is finished. In Italy they do not use this practice, so it felt a lot healthier.
