Good support in organising, great flooring, happy with the finish. Accepted extra boards back (full packs only) with small handling fee, but no hassles. Some time delays in receiving due to their supply chain delays - but regular communication.

We arrived to show room 2 minutes before closing time. Nonetheless, Jessica let us in and shown the collection. Since then has been very attentive to every request I made. Jessica is a prompt and patient communicator. I felt I was well looked after.

Beautiful engineered oak boards, quality exceptional, service and trades delivered a customer centric experience. The boards, 'Biscuit' double herringbone where a sensational choice and photos will not do them justice. Couldn't be happier, Made by Storey Team won't disappoint.

Dealing with Jess has been great. I decided on the cinder floorboards throughout our new house (old house renovation). They are a beautiful product and the showroom makes it very easy to imaging what their productswould look like insitu. I highly recommend Made by Storey and Jess. After much research we decided to use Made by Storey to buy and install our chevron timber floors for our forever home, after seeing the quality and craftsmanship was second to none we opted to run the timber throughout the whole house ! From the second I met Jessica I knew we were in great hands, she could answer every question we had and what I loved was she was so prompt with her replies to me! I sent her our plans and within 24 hours had gotten back to me! It was so important to us to deal with a business in which we felt valued and cared for and I know Jessica will continue to be there to answer any question or concern we may have moving forward ! It’s rare to deal with people you can trust while building but Jessica proved otherwise and hence why we decided not to shop around for the install and use made by storey because I know how meticulous they will be and they will treat there home like there own ! We cannot wait to see our floors laid !
