Cant be bothered writing a novel but Very poor customer service is what I will say.

If I could give 0 stars I would - do not bother buying from this store, I should’ve read reviews before we went.My fiancé and I went into the store on Sunday to purchase a 10 seater table and lounge set. The woman who served us was very rude and dismissive. She was blunt and acted like she didn’t want to deal with us - this was extremely disappointing when spending over $2500.It got to 3pm today and there was still no delivery - so I called the store and spoke to a very condescending woman named Sue (?). I asked her if she could give me any update but her answer was ‘we have no contact with the driver’. So I asked what time they stop delivery in the evening to which her answer was ‘when the truck is empty’.She was very condescending and her attitude was unacceptable. The whole process has been awful from start to finish. The woman who made the sale was rude and unhelpful, the woman on the phone was condescending and had a terrible attitude.Unfortunately this has absolutely ruined our buying experience and we won’t be purchasing again from Segals. The customer service is abysmal and your joondalup store needs some serious retraining.

This store has a great selection of outdoor settings. Just make sure you ask for the aluminium settings as the steel ones don't really last long if you live near the beach.

How to leave 0 stars… delivery service has been atrocious!!! The timeframe given was ridiculously open and we had no idea when to expect a delivery. To top it off the chairs have arrived in abysmal condition. Such poor quality. When looking to rectify the matter I called the store and was advised to make a complaint online which now means I have to wait 48 business hours for a response. Pathetic! Would not recommend!!!

Be very very careful buying from this place. Their products do look nice, but the quality is appalling. Really really bad. We had two issues which were clearly warranty. You have to email customer service and you get an email back which is two pages long written by someone who has been getting out of warranty claims for Segals for app. 25 years. Knows exactly what to writeto scare the consumer so they drop their claim. After app 10 emails back and forth, they offered me 50% off the same item. AS IF I WANT THE SAME ITEM AGAIN!!I've decided to drop it, leave it and never go there again. Not worth my time.

SUPER UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! We started out so well - super helpful staff at the Joondalup store, and prompt delivery. That’s all that’s been good to date. 2 dining chairs weren’t delivered, one that was is damaged and cannot be assembled. These will be delivered 10 days after the first delivery. Went to assemble the outdoor sofa, one of the chair backs is from a different style, and the chair assembly set completely missing all washers, so we had to do a trip to Bunnings to buy some, which hasn’t really helped because in following the instructions, the hex bolts are not long enough to grip and keep spinning without tightening, so can’t actually sit on anything safely. Several emails to “customer service” are replied to promptly (there’s a plus) but anonymously with an insincere “Thanks!” and no way of rectifying the poor quality of product. How can a single order have such terrible customer experience??? Clearly Segals care about the sale, but not the product. There’s zero quality control or assurance in their processes to ensure we actually receive usable product. Will never purchase from you again, and will tell everyone that will listen to avoid buying your inferior product.

Outdoor modular purchased in March 2023 , regrettably it’s of poor quality and the customer service experience has been appalling.Furniture has collapsed within a month of purchase and despite reaching out to customer service in early April, there has been no response yet. Despite repeated calls to the store, they have not been able to provide a solution and have asked for patience, claiming that it can take up to 14 business days for the customer service team to respond. It has now been 17 business days and there has been no resolution yet. Due to this experience, I have lost trust in the store's products and would like a full refund . I will never buy furniture from Segals again , so very disappointed.

Outdoor setting arrived damaged. Arranging to have it replaced wasn't difficult but when it actually came to the delivery day no one showed up and I have not been contacted. Segals should be the ones chasing me up with an explanation, not me having to contact them. Staff in store unable to help with any customer service enquiries or provide a phone number. It seems more effort than its worth to have the product replaced

Would not recommend buying anything from segals. Delivered us a faulty table and refuse to come and collect it and swap it for one that is not faulty. They breached our contract of sale and the warranty and are not responding to our emails.

If I could give a zero I would. 2k for an outdoor setting, 100 bucks delivery. Wife indoors, doorbell working, front door open, my mobile supplied and the Muppets left it in the driveway. Well thank you I will NOT be shopping there again.
