Generally cheapest for E10, now on a par with all service stations. You were able to get cheapest cigarettes around from here, now they are the dearest. Not good enough!!!

Years ago I tried Pie Face, and the pies were pretty tasty.Today I got two ‘Chunky Beef’ pies from the United Petrol station in Mackay... oh no.They were neither ‘chunky’, nor to any known definition I can find, ‘Beef’. More like ‘lumpy gravy’ pies, that had an odd ‘not-even-beef-stock’ flavour to them that was UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING.And for $5.95 each!No. You’ve murdered an Australian institution.2 stars only because the staff were polite and helpful.

The customer service is good and friendly but as soon as you visit the toilets you loose your appetit. I was absolutely disgusted by the unhygienic toilet and at a closer look everything is dirty incl.coffee station. Would not recommend due to the cleanliness.

One of the cheaper petrol stations in the area. Staff are friendly and they are efficient. There is hardly any wait time for a bowser.

The only servo in Mackay that sells E85 fuel so we have no where else to go. The staff don't speak a word to you, they're busy on the ear piece phone talking their own language. The customer service is non existent as they don't acknowledge you. It's always a hassle to use motor pass fuel cards too.

Great service and the service attendant was awesome and truthful when I asked about if there was toilets here because I'm a Google reveiwer I was appalled and shocked seeing products blocking the toilets I asked why and the service attendant told me that no we don't let customers use the toilet because the manager is to lazy to clean up if it's looks like its been used regularly so disappointed great fuel price and service but a thumbs down and no no to the avid traveller or local who wants to use the rest room because the there's no access and is blocked but toilets are functioning as what I was told.
