Graeme was very accommodating. He did a great job with my stage 2 shift kit and really knows his craft. He put up with my never ending phone calls and was very understanding of what i wanted. Also came in under quoted price. Would highly recommend.... regards Rob.

I rang the company and spoke to Graeme about a potential transmission problem in my Ford Ranger. Not having dealt with the company before I was pleasantly surprised when he offered to look at the vehicle first thing the next morning. After having taken the vehicle for a drive and then a engine check; he determined the problem was not transmission related but noise emanating from a split intake pipe. He ordered the part and was able to fit it that day. Every aspect of the service that I received was just fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the result achieved.

Referred by a friend, I dropped a recently purchased car off and spoke to Graham, explained a few issues at hand and asked for a basic check over.The boys went above and beyond to fix up everything that needed to be done in a good timeframe, couldn't be happier.Friendly service, highly recommend, will be coming back in the future.

Similar to a previous review, I had a transmission failure in my 2012 Astra. Given the car was out of warranty, I was prepared to face a costly repair job. Once taking a look at my car, Graeme recommended I get it checked out by Holden to see if any of the repair costs could be covered. Holden ended up replacing my transmission at no cost. Thanks to Graeme, I now have my car back on the road and saved thousands of dollars. I look forward to be able to support this fantastic business for my mechanical needs in the future!

One of the best experiences I’ve had from a mechanic. After speaking to multiple rude and unenthusiastic mechanics I found impact. Problem was diagnosed quickly, fixed within a week and $800 cheaper than anywhere else. Could not recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys

Absolutely blown away with the service and knowledge of this shop.When most people are scared of cvt transmissions impact really stood up. Worked on my wife's 2014 forester and made is both see how smooth it ran afterwards. I could not be happier.

I had my work van flat towed to Impact Automatics with a blown transmission that required a full rebuild.Graeme and the team as busy as they were booked it in and had it fixed and back on the road in no time at all, Graeme even worked on it on a Sunday to get the job completed quicker!Very happy with the end result would highly recommend the team and their great service!!

Great service. Spoke to them initially over the phone and they were honest from the start. I took it in and they got started straight away keeping me updated on what the problem was. Graham gave me a couple options and fixed the transmission as quick as he could. Great place, great price, honest workers. Highly recommend.
