Love there produce, muffins, coffee and everything else is awesome , been at hospital for like 2.5years with fortnightly for appointments allways makes the day manageable, didn't like the way I was served today though but it was busy and I know all about it, but since it's a hospital a nice smile would of given the cafe 6 stars if possible. Felt like I did something wrong just ordering. Anyhow the double espresso was 10/10

Excellent location, solid coffee. The staff, especially the bald guy, are super helpful and friendly. This place is basically the most essential service in the hospital.

A quick lunch. Ordered a pulled pork toastie. Was rather busy so had to wait which did not bother me as the staff were doing their best. Unfortunately the toastie has been repeating on me all afternoon. Something in the filling has not agreed with me. Will have to eat a simpler item in future.

Situated in the Mackay Hospital, good selection of healthy meals as well as great coffee and good selection of cakes & slices. Busy little Cafe but not a long wait time. Several tables out side in the courtyard as well. Highly recommend

Ordered two cheese toasties, the last working confirmed the order about 5 times which was weird because it was literally just two cheese toasties, and specially spoke about removing the tomato before toasting. Got them back with tomato on them, barely toasted, basically just warm bread. Really gross, and overpriced. Classic hospital cafeteria experience I guess.

Operates inside of a hospital, on 2 previous occasions I have politely mentioned to the staff about the Gluten free slices being stacked up with regular slices. You can clearly see the cross contamination.I come back in today and once again gluten free slices are contaminated.Then you look up, like in previous visits and they have separate displays cases that are empty. Obviously this business has no interest in understanding allergies, or taking on polite recommendations from customers. You work in a hospital . Celiacs is a serious conditions!This is why you now get a Google review, the ignorance astounds me.No I didn’t waste my breath again pointing it out, but I did take pics of your slice case if the owner is separate to the those running the business.I am also surprised that hospital staff have not pointed it out.Maybe they have and been met with similar ignorance

I have my coffee here every morning and it’s the best hospital café experience I’ve had! The staff are lovely especially Gary and it’s always a great way to start my morning.

I visited but I'm sorry I had to leave before ordering. Service was very slow and orders wrre not filled very quickly. I know you have great food and cofdee but you need quicker service for those of us in our lunch breaks!
