Took my Pandora charms in for a clean and was greeted by very helpful staff. Picked them up the next day and was very excited to see how shiny they turned out. Well done!

The staff at Pandora Success are lovely helpful ladies. Our school needed a donation for our school raffle and i took our request in and they helped us out with a beautiful donation that made our raffle a huge success so thank you and Merry Christmas to you all

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! The customer service and pride they have in their work at this particular store is beyond amazing. They are really lovely ladies who really care about their customers.

I bought several items online for my mom as a present. But unfortunately, she really didn’t like them so I asked my husband to go to the shop in Cockburn centre to get a refund for me yesterday. When He came back home he said that when he arrived there and requested it, the lady who works there was unfriendly and quite rude to him. I think she needs to learn about the customer service.

Great service and amazing staff that always greet me with a smile and are extremely helpful. They always make me feel welcome and show me lots of lovely charms to choose from and even options I hadn't thought of. I love the variety and they always have stock of what I am after. This is my favourite pandora store to visit.

Had a fabulous experience in Gateway Pandora yesterday. Aingeal & Jen were amazing. Between them their customer service was exceptional. Will definitely be my go to store.

My partner bought me one of their new rings for our 1 year anniversary last month I wore it once and it made my finger go green ( I’ve owned pandora jewellery for 6 years never happened before) I went into the store to see what I could do the sales assistant which I won’t name the first thing that came out of her mouth “ it’s your finger your hand having a reaction” basically telling me that the $130 ring that was bought less then a month ago that’s it’s my fault it makes my finger go green?!! When it can’t be because I’ve never had this problem before with previous jewellery from them I used the same finger and everything! This review is just to say that the customer service here was terrible and blaming the customer when it’s clearly the jewellery your selling is not cool!! From one retail worker to this shop never again will I come here, Rockingham provide better customer service and they don’t blame the customer!
