After 8 years we have had to replace the mat and net. Arrived quickly and was a challenge to set up given the age of the frame and lack of markings. The frame is still in great condition and we haven't had to replace any of the rods either. The kids have fallen in love with it all over again. Great product.

Got this for kids for Christmas. Built it ourselves and it took 3 hours flat, not including cleaning up boxes, etc. Built using the BILT app and it was super straightforward and clear.Kids were in maximum freak-out on Christmas morning seeing it and they've been loving it. Parts are top quality.BE CAREFUL WHEN ATTACHING THE RODS TO MAT. Consider wearing rubber grip gloves (gardening or work gloves with rubber fingers / palms). Very painful pinch wound on my thumb when it slipped as the rod locked into the mat clip.Regarding anchor accessory: Our clay soil must have had a rock hidden underneath, I snapped one of the anchor pegs in half after hitting it for a good five minutes. Also recommend doing each peg just a little at a time, if you fully hammer one peg at a time, it can bend the anchor plate.

We bought the Springfree large oval trampoline and have had it for 1 month now.Both my 2 kids absolutely love it, and we also got the Flexrhoop accessory (basketball hoop). It is quite bouncy and very safe. The netting is secure, and there are no hard poles/frames to fall on.Even though it costs more than other brands, you get what you pay for! It is also backed up with a 10-year warranty, which gives me extra peace of mind.

We have a Large oval Springfree trampoline (O92) which has stood up well over time. The kids have always loved it, and find it much bouncier than the traditional spring round trampolines we had in the past. And after being outside for a number of years, it is in pretty good condition, and the mat and poles are still going strong. The only thing to really wear is the yellow stitching around the edge. Also the frame still looks good and with the black paint appears almost like new with no real rust. Setting them up, there is a bit of a trick to it, but I got someone in to do it, and he was done in 45 minutes! Overall happy with the purchase.
