Jan is excellent. We had an energetic bouncy puppy who was biting and pulling on the lead. Jan stayed for a long time to make sure all our areas of concern were answered, and he arrived with a bag full of different toys and recommendations to distract and work our puppy. By the end of the session we had all the tools we needed to control and have a better relationship with our dog. Highly recommended.

Betty's advice has been invaluable - she looked to understand our home environment, family dynamic coupled with the physical, mental and emotional needs of our puppy. We couldn't be happier to have Betty working with us to ensure our puppy grows up a confident, independent and happy dog!

We have been fortunate enough to have had Speak Dog working with our two oodle pups since they joined our family, first to assist with walking and socialisation and more recently obedience training. It’s been nothing short of astounding how different the eldest of our two pups is in just three months of dedicated behavioural training. We can go on walks confidently knowing the boys can play nicely and still follow commands to ensure the safe enjoyment of our outdoor time. Both Jan and Betty are passionate towards dog training, it’s such a bless to have dog walker who knows what’s the best for your dog, they personalise the walks for each dog and properly stimulating and exercising my Dobby both mentally and physically every time. I have owned dogs all my life and felt confident raising my new puppy. But my life / living situation has changed -- and 3 weeks into my new dog's arrival, a number of things started to get increasingly challenging. I wish I'd asked for help earlier! Jan's visit to my home to see the setup of where I live and how and interact with my puppy was invaluable. I don't think I could have learnt as much specific detail from classes, books/online, or even my prior dog ownership (with different dogs in a different living environment).
