Have great EOFY Sale at the moment, staff was really attentive and helpful.

The worst shopping experience I ever had. I asked the the sales to keep my pair shoes until I check out. The shoes were gone and I saw another customer was holding my pair of shoes. I asked the sales if they have another pair, the ignored what I asked. Then put the display one straight into the shoes box. Lucky I witnessed the whole process. Otherwise I bought the displayed dirty one without notice and I will be upset once I got home. I understand this shop is busy but does it mean I deserved this kind of customer service? I won't recommend this store and I am extremely disappointed from I experienced.

The girl here keeps on yelling, experienced worst customer service ever.

Lovely staff, good prices and nice options

Recently I purchased a pair of shoes at Novo Harbour Town. From the moment I walked into the store, Ellen made me feel welcome and quickly came to offer me help and provide good advice on my choices and sizing. She was knowledgeable and attentive and explained the current offers without making me feel pressured which is a relief given there are so many sales on at the moment. I am a little 'old school' and prefer to shop in store rather than online and greatly appreciate her high quality service. Because of Ellen's wonderful service, I walked out feeling happy with my purchase and will go back. I have worn the sandals since and love them! Thank you!

Their prices were more affordable than some of the other stores in the complex. I also found the lady in there to be attentive and helpful. She went to grab 3 of my size shoe and gave tips on the best sizing for each shoe.

Horrible experience! I usually love shopping at Novo and get my heels from here, but the lady at the counter was extremely rude and did not acknowledge me at all (no one else was in the store either!). I was in the store for almost 10 minutes looking around for some shoes and i found some I liked, so i was kneeling down to grab my size from under the display. Whilst I was there, I tried on another shoe and was ready to grab my size in those as well. As I was doing so, the lady yells over to me from the counter and tells me that if my size isnt there then I shouldnt be looking and what i see is all they have? I was confused because she didnt approach me at all before hand. I then told her I already had my size and that im looking for another type of shoe. She was rude and didnt say sorry, keep in mind she was in the middle of serving a customer while yelling across the room at me. I was shocked because i was going to purchase a few pairs of shoes but her attitude sent me straight out the door. Horrible customer. service and I do not recommend purchasing from here.(Thursday 13/5 around 8pm)
