Star Car Wash - Caddens Corner

I took my husbands work Ute here to be cleaned. I told them it was dirty, they opened it looked inside and suggested I get an interior detail due to how dirty it was. I was quoted $180 for this service which included an outside clean and polish.When I got home I realised how bad the work was.I spent another 2 hours cleaning it myself.There was still dirt and dust everywhere. The windows were filthy, the exterior still had dirt wipes all over it. To make matters worse, they have also sprayed a solution on his tool box which has left a massive spray mark that can’t be removed. I paid via eftpos and was also charged $185 and not the $180 I was quoted. I wish I had taken photos before I started cleaning it so you could see how bad it was as the photos I have were half way through my clean! Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this place unless your car is already clean!

Today i went for platinum wash . I love the way they clean my car . I will come back again . They also did polish in my car in very low cost .

Got the Platinum car wash and they’ve done a poor job, it doesn’t look much better than when I took it in. I usually use the Star Car Wash at Penrith Westfields but gave these guys a chance as they’re located closer to home and where I do my shopping, I will not be returning to Caddens and will instead stick with the Penrith Westfields branch as usually every surface is shining and immaculate and the car smells beautiful after a Platinum clean whereas at Caddens a lot of surfaces look almost as dirty as they were before and zero clean fragrance. On top of the poor surface cleaning, there were smudges on a few windows plus damage to the rim of the driver door that wasn’t there before. A lot of it is difficult to show in a photo but the attached photos show enough. Additionally, the cost of the Platinum wash at Caddens online was $55 but they charged me $57. Just nothing about this service was positive, even the vacuuming was an average job. Do yourself a favour and go to the Penrith Westfields branch.

On arrival I was asked too pay an extra 90 dollars, on top of what I had already paid according to thoer website!I was told it would take 1-1/3 hours. Half an hour later I was told it was finished.I went over my vehicle and took photos (which I have kept).It was the same as when I drove in!I had the main man come and look, he agreed and said something to the other two men in a language I didn't understand.Told me he'd message when it was done.Half hour again, and I got a message saying it was finished.It wasn't. Looked like they had wiped a wet rag over itonce.I knew I wasn't going to get a clean vehicle so I left.I'm very disappointed that I paid well over 100 dollars for nothing!Absolutely nothing. This is discusting, I don't know how they are still in operation.No wonder there were no other vehicles there the whole time I was being robbed..

Edit: can't fault the customer service here. After reading this review they have rung me to offer to re-do the entire wash! Mind changed, I will go back and try again. Well done and thank you.Original review : Paid $59 for a Platinum wash (advertised as $55 on the website!) is supposed to include the dashboard conditioning but they didn't even dust it! Missed a few places on the exterior but were able to see that on arrival and got that done, for that price and list of expected items, it was completed in less than 15 minutes so clearly not done properly! Very disappointed!

Great service, polite and personable staff. They did an excellent job of the internal and external of my white car which was very dirty from long distance driving and working on a construction site. They did it for a reasonable price and in good time! Have been twice now and will be back.

Best car wash ever. Got my car washed and polish from these guys and they have done a marvellous job. Highly recommended. My car shines even at dark.
