I purchased a unit in 2010 where Trevor was the vendor’s agent. When I listed it for rent a few years later I couldn’t think of anyone better than Trevor and his team to manage the property. They were always responsive, professional, attentive and had my interest at mind. When I listed it for sale, in somewhat tricky circumstances, Trevor took on the task with no complaints and with some innovative ideas. I bought my first house from Chateau Real Estate. They are really professional and careful. Highly recommended! Since i'm new migrants to Australia, my English is not good and I didn't know too much about the process of buying a house. Mr Trevor helped me a lot and answered our questions patiently. I purchased a house through Chateau real-estate that had tenants in the property with a lease continuing on for about 8 months after the sale.I had no experience or idea about buying houses or being a landlord and Trevor and his team were always really quick to get back to me whenever I had questions (and I had a lot) and explained everything in simple language I could understand.I also can't really explain this but I really got a sense of integrity from him and his team which I do not really think I could feel from other agents while I was house hunting.I could not recommend Chateau enough and when it comes time for me to leave the property and either sell it or rent it I will definitely be getting back in touch.
