Absolutely shocking customer service. What a waste of time with Pauline over the phone. They do not provide their ingredients lists for their haircare products. Absolutely untrustworthy. Appalled and would give them 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your money here. A scam.

I was called in to work for this dodgy company by Velen, after working a full day i decided not to proceed due to other work opportunities. It was confirmed before arriving it would be a PAID trail, it has now been 2 weeks and still i have not received payment after numerous sms and phone calls. I have now esculated this with the fair work ombudsman to chase up my remaining payment.. DO NOT WORK OR TRADE WITH THIS DODGY COMPANY
