If I could give 0 stars I would. Atrocious service. I booked a 4.30 appointment and walked out after waiting 55 mins. Mind you It didn't look like they were anywhere near doing me. As I got up I got told sit down and I would be done next. Waste of time DO NOT GO HERE!

I caught an infection on my toes and foot skin from here. Seems to be fungal/ bacterial. Some tools aren’t sanitised properly. Luck of the draw on these kinds of places I guess. Overly warm inside and dingy looking. I appreciate the time they took to help me find the right colour though.

I went in to get my nails done and toes painted, I was told it was $40 for my nails and a bit less for my toes. Once everything was completed and I went to pay I was told it was $90, I said no this isn’t right but they insisted I was wrong when not once was I told this was the cost otherwise I would not have gone ahead with the service. Extremely unprofessional, definitely don’t recommend.

Could have been good if she did not rush.I wasn’t asked what shape, she didn’t buff nails and shellac has tiny bumps. Polish does. Or go to edge of nails and nails have not been filed smooth despite me drawing her attention to it. Seemed more occupied with the regular clients. When I asked for 3 coats she didn’t seem impressed. Pity as it was a nice little salon.

Nails looked great though customer experience was terrible booked for a bridal party of 7 we sat there for 4 hr when they done walks in before us and made everyone sit there and wait

I went for a pedicure and manicure today and have very short nails. They were gentle and it was a comfortable experience. They were also happy to do a little floral design on my natural nails. The staff were all friendly and I didn’t feel rushed :) I’d definitely recommend!
