I was very aggressively and disrespectfully treated today by the owner of the 3G Mobile Repair Centre at the Kellyville Village Shopping Centre. I returned a mobile phone that he sold me yesterday because it did not have the 16 GB of storage that he said it had. He went off his rocket, saying I was wasting his time and that if I argued any further, he would not refund me. He shouted at me and said I must never come back to his booth again. But he very reluctantly DID refund me. Wow, I have not experienced anything like this in my life.

I had my Samsung note 9 repaired here after I cracked the screen. I Phoned around for quotes. At $340 this shop had the best price. The lowest quote I received after 6 calls was $100 more. Phone looks like new. Everything works perfectly! Friendly service.

Worst shop ever. Replaced my screen with broken one. Then abused my wife, called 000 and refused to fix because I didn't have the receipt he never gave me despite remembering doing the work. fair trading are well aware of this terrible shop

I dropped my Samsung Note 8 in water and went to 3G to have it looked at. Soheil was very honest, upfront and practical. I got my phone repaired at a better price than what was originally quoted. It was ready within 45 mins and I could not be happier with his service. I will be going back to have my battery changed too.

They fixed my Samsung S8 with reasonable price. I tried Happytel in Castle Tower first. They could not fix it and asked me to go to Samsung service centre. Lucky, 3G Mobile Repair Centre helped me and they did a very good job.

The attendant at this shop was very rude. I bought a screen protector and a mobile phone cover. I came back to the shop within 24 hours to share that the cover was not covering one corner of the phone well. The shop attendant refused to accept the fault and started being rude. I had not taken the receipt the previous day, to which he denied any kind of support. If the attendants are tired, they should take holidays off.
