Newcastle's Pudding Lady

I ordered some products from this company but the contents were damaged in transit.THIS WAS NO FAULT OF THE COMPANY.The company were quick to notify me of this and they dispatched some more goods immediately and they arrived promptly.I have no hesitation in recommending these guys as they do everything possible to treat their customers well.

I've been eating various Homemade Christmas Puddings for over 60 Years. All Delicious. But I'm not eating another Pudding next Christmas unless it's a Pudding Lady.

I ordered a large pudding with brandy custard as a gift and a small one for us which I bought custard from the supermarket ( should have bought a bottle from TPL for me, know next time) They were delivered quickly. The puddings are sensational, easy to prepare, I am ordering small ones next year as gifts for my friends. Want a great pudding, get them from the Pudding Lady

i have just had a wonderful experience purchasing from this company. Last year in 2020, i missed out as i left it too late to order so thought i would get in early.the puddings have until end of January 2022 to be eaten so i am so excited to try them.i initially had a small problem with PayPal but this was sorted quickly and i was able to purchase my first buy. after contacting the company to determine if the log was the same recipe as the traditionally-shaped pudding, i put in my first order to have with the brandy sauce. it arrived quickly and was well packed so i decided to buy another log for good measure and this went well.these are now both stored in my fridge waiting for the time to come nearer to xmas when i wont feel so guilty slicing into the pudding for the first time.i would definitely recommend this company for many reasons.they were very helpful when i asked questions, getting back to me quickly and answering my concerns. they were very helpful. the packaging was strong and sturdy and beautifully presented.this would be lovely as a gift but i am just happy to keep it all to myself!

Ordered a Christmas pudding and cake from the Pudding Lady, delivery was prompt and product was delicious. I will need to order two next year as we ran out too quick.

I am very happy with the quick delivery of the puddings. It took less than five days for the Christmas puddings to arrive.The taste is so delicious. I don’t think they’ll last until Christmas. I’ll be ordering more and giving some to my family and friends as presents. The quality and taste is excellent.Thank you.

My Mum put me on to the Pudding Lady decades ago. They make the best Puds in the country. The staff are wonderful to deal with & delivery is super reliable. They are becoming harder to find as some retailers are producing their own very ordinary puddings so it is the first thing I order every year in November. Received my order quite quickly considering the covid delay. The products are wonderful, plum pudding, brandy sauce, brandy butter and several marinades will definitely be a delight through the Christmas season. Will definitely order again, so many great products to choose from.
