Back Bone BMX

Surprisingly good coffee!!!Stopped in there this morning for a quick coffee. Coffee itself was pretty nice, prompt quick service etc as well. Certainly recommended.I haven’t shopped at the bike part specifically but have included pricing and some photos below.The shop itself has a funky fit out with plenty of bike stock, apparel and accessories. Certainly worth a look in if your in the area.

Super helpful team, great service 10/10.I'm new to the sport and had no clue what I'm doing but the team at Back Bone helped me out big time. They're riders so know the sport, the culture and here to help you with anything you need to know about bikes. They have great sales, epic selection of products so if you shop here you'll be sorted. Sometimes it takes a bit for bikes to arrive to them from the warehouse but this is normal at bike shops – as they can't keep everything in the actual store. Recently I had a very close mate of mine mention his Sub-Par experience with BackBone BMX. He had ordered a DIVISION FORTIZ, an Oddesey handlebar pouch, Gloves and 2 Chrome pegs. When he received his items he was extremely upset that they had given him a shoddy pair of BACKBONE bmx branded gloves and not the correct ones he had specifically ordered. If they had told him the correct ones were out of stock before delivery the review would reflect this.

My first time ordering a BMX for myself online and I must say I'm deeply upset about the quality of customer service I have received so far. They're website has a service where you can send a message via text however they don't seem to respond until 2 days later and that can be quite challenging.

The other day my best mate/brother shared his experience with dealing with BACKBONE BMX and from what he told me I would definitely not recommend this place for people who want good communication with online orders. What happened is he had ordered a set of FUSE chroma KO gloves however when he finally received them they had the nerve not only to give him the correct gloves he had ordered but they also had given him a cheap looking set of BBBMX gloves as a replacement. All of this boils down to had the seller notified him the correct gloves were in fact out of stock he would have been happier to shop elsewhere and not waste his money on a shop who misleads customers.

SCAM!!! Do not order anything online from these people. I ordered a bicycle. Then got a PayPal request from somebody for the bicycle and the same amount they were charging. I have not heard anything back and have sent numerous emails and text messages also phone call voicemails over the last couple weeks. Nothing in return.

Great! Ordering from Australia or anywhere overseas is always a little unnerving because a lot can happen again n such a long journey. I realized that an made them an additional offer to help ensure safe arrival and they were very understanding. It was a once and a lifetime purchase for me due to the cost and I was very glad to see that it arrived very quickly and without a scratch. After the arrival I had a slight issue ( I was trying to screw in a pedal the wrong direction - Lol ) and reached out to them, they were very helpful. Thanks guys, I would most definitely recommend your shop and make future purchases..A first rate company with excellent communication and customer service ( even after the sale )
