Decent store! Plenty of range and wares to suit most budgets and staff were excellent, Leighayn was very friendly and offered help. I would recommend this store, I think they've definitely improved on those negative reviews from a while ago.

Good sheets, really odd staff. My wife and I were looking for sheets and ended up being awkwardly followed around by one of the sales associates who stood next to us and stared at us while we were discussing which sheets felt and which color would go best with our quilt cover. Honestly, we probably would have been in and out within five minutes, but we spent so much time trying to avoid being spied on that we both left frustrated fifteen minutes later with our new sheets. If you need new sheets, Adairs is definitely worth a look. Maybe just not this location.

Poor work Adairs I went to pay a lay buy and non of your staff were able to do the process! Wanted me to leave the store while they have my cash? For a company that claims they have a process maybe some staff training might be in order !I am so annoyed with this retailer and while trying to support the bricks and mortar stores all I am left with is 30 mins of my time waisted!

Went into the store to buy mattress topper and waited for a staff memeber to finish helping a customer asking about a similar product. Was there for at least 15 minutes clearly waiting to talk to them. I just left.

Had a great experience with staff flexibility. Have been trying to buy a plant stand for months, but was only available online and would have been difficult to ship. Holly was understanding and problem-solved effectively to get the stand into store for me. Looks just as good as I'd hoped it would and am very impressed with the store. Thanks!

Received Horrible service from Janette just now.she has bad attitude and goes the extra mile not to let you use your 20$ reward.I told her I have 20$ discount. She was so upset and did not listen to me. Had to go back and she said use it next time. I refunded the products.unbelievable.
