Very happy with their service.Noticed my hot water tank leaking heavily from the bottom on Saturday morning. Rang them and talked to Paul, a nice guy. He gave me some suggestions so I still had the hot water supply until Monday. Sent them the photo of my old unit on weekend and received the quote first thing on Monday morning. Monday afternoon - all installed. As to the installation, neat work, unit was wiped clean, no rubbish left. Great job boys!

We've always ran to Waller's for our plumbing needs, twice were emergency situations. The first incident was over Christmas and we were overseas. We had a burst pipe and my neighbour couldn't close the main tap outside the house. We called Waller's but the boys had already gone on their Christmas leave. Instead, Paul himself ran to the rescue. It's always good to know that we have Waller's Plumbing on our team :)

Paul & his team are fantastic, action jobs quickly and efficiently, are very good at communicating what the issue is and providing the solution to have it rectified quickly keeping in mind the cost. I was pleasantly blown away by the prompt, courteous, brilliantly efficient, professional and super neat work completed at my duplex.The professional that worked at my place really listened to what I needed, acted upon it and left his work area spotless. I thought this level of dedication and high quality workmanship would come at a premimum price but I was surprised, delighted and only to happy to pay the amount charged. I cannot recommend this plumbing service highly enough :)
