InSync Physiotherapy & Pilates

I have been going for years. Each instructor takes up to three people. Recommended.

I was extremely disappointed recently when I rung to ask if I could change an appointment on a Monday afternoon due to being sick. I left a voice message on the answer phone at 7.30am to provide as much notice as I could. I was then phoned back mid morning and told that I would have to pay the full fee for missing my appointment. The woman who rang me was blunt and told me that I should have read the fine print on their service agreement. I try never to cancel appointments like this as I understand it is someones livelihood, but sometimes things do happen outside of our control. Generally with my other service providers there is a level of give and take and flexibility as long as another appointment is made.

Narelle operates a highly professional Pilates, Physiotherapy and dance practice. She brings her extensive Ballet background in creating a state of the art training facility.

This physio has a strict cancellation policy. This is in the fine print. The problem is despite getting many reminder notices the only way to pay is to call and pay by credit card. I suggest if you’re going to be charging absolutely everyone you take the time in investing in an easy way for people to pay - bpay or at least account details on the invoice. One way service. Will not attend again.

Luke is an excellent physio, great listening skills and ability to communicate causes, treatment and the reasons they are necessary.

I can't recommend InSync highly enough. It is a very friendly and inviting practice, with a great vibe and well equipped studio. I have suffered from back pain for years and my physio Steve has been fantastic, helping me to be relatively pain free in a short time.

InSync provides exceptional services that cater for my whole family. The team take great care of my daughters and I and are always very thorough, nurturing and professional.

Would not recommend using their services.They have been harassing me with emails for the past month asking for a payment of $95 due to not notifying them I was not able to make an appointment but, I did not make an appointment and, they keep saying they had send me an email & text message to confirm the booking - which I never received.After explaining this to them they are still trying to get $95 out of my pocket and are threatening to take this to a 'Collection Agency'.Awful, money hungry service.

We've been coming here for my daughter's dance related problem and have been treated mostly by Arpitha. She has been patient, caring and effective in prescribing the correct exercises and also doing massaging on sore/tight muscles when needed. A fantastic team of physiotherapists who have specialty knowledge in dance related issues. Highly recommended, Thank you!
