Owen, Bronwyn and the team at TranQuill have assisted me on a number of occasions. The first, to obtain PR status while in country on a posting with family; the second, to extend our status. They will hopefully do so for a third time to submit an application for citizenship. I have to say that professionally, the entire team is just outstanding, in their way of dealing, in their explanations and communications, and in the way they absorbed and managed the intricacies of our cases. Owen and Bronwyn were tireless in their efforts to support me, and I absolutely recommend them and the team to anyone that needs solid and straight advice on legal, immigration and Visa matters. i will not recommend this place. wasting time and money. they are very rude.UPDATE ON REVIEW:When I was going to my appointment, you called and tried to offer phone consultation and you said it would take 30 minutes and that it would cost me $220 to do so. It is not possible for me to give you all the information at this time and I would not have been able to show any documents to you what so ever. When I called and SPECIFICALLY asked for a face to face appointment, I'm not sure if it was your secretary or assistant but they should have told me you were in Canberra. I live in Melbourne and this appointment was not possible to carry out. You wasted one and a half weeks of my time. You would have been paid all that money and would have wasted my time doing it. I may have not made and pay for a phone consultation but I did waste money during this period of time.Anyway, I decided that I was ready to pay $220 and give a second chance to meet with your lawyer. But when I called a second time, your secretary was very rude to me and said it would take a couple of weeks for another appointment.This is not my first encounter with UNPROFESSIONAL lawyers, I got my job done much quicker before and it cost me less as well. You guys BAIT and SWITCH people.If you are a business owner, you have to be responsible with your workers and understand the customers needs. Perhaps it was not you who was rude to me on the phone but you must understand that it is my right to review and respond to anyone that disrespects the customers.

Harris Wake, particularly Cathrine provided and invaluable service in securing a 451 visa for one of our staff.As a medium sized public accounting practice the view was that we could deal with the visa process ourselves. How wrong were we!After having our 451 visa application rejected I turned to Cathrine and with her expertise in this area she carefully navigated her way through the red tape and idiosyncrasies of the Immigration Department and succeeded in overturning the Departments initial rejection and securing the 457 visaA job well done and at a reasonable fee. A rating of 5 stars is the minimum Harris Wake should receive. Cathrine was assigned to our case and I cannot thank her enough and would recommend her anytime for what she has enabled for us. We have obtained our 457 VISAs which now opens a lot of doors in Australia. I want to point out the insane level of thought and passion put in by Cathrine into this work. She is relentless and truly shares the happiness of seeing us obtain these VISA. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed, beause that's really needed with such applications. Cathrine has been available day and night for us throughout this process. She is very organised and detailed. She has incredible experience in dealing with such requests, and she doesn't let one little bit uncovered. Harris Wake have been remarkable in handling my migration process, from South Africa to Canberra.
