Had to call them regarding a technical issue.Spoke to Andrew and he was very help & solved my problem with my domain/website hosting promptly.Defiantly recommend them.

I used Apexhost’ Wordpress security essentials services and Office 365 premium package. I raised a ticket to restore my webpage which took them more than 3 weeks to fix. I had to hassle them every 3 days. I was promised my ticket will be the next one every single time. I was also told that I’m imagining that I had my webpage that I wanted to restore and it never existed. After 3 weeks it took 10 min to fix and restore my page while I was on the phone.After this situation and also having constantly spam issues, I left Apexhost. I wanted to take my Microsoft account but Apexhost didn’t wanted to release my domain and made it impossible to use my Microsoft email which is linked to my website and business. This caused me significant issues to communicate with my clients. It took me over 3 months to get back my email. I was on the phone for hours with Microsoft almost every other day by the time I got the solution with the help from Microsoft Data Protection Team. They had to force the domain removal from Apexhost. It would only have taken ONE click for Apexhost to release my domain if they wanted to.Apexhost is unethical and has very poor IT and customer service. I found Apexhost is overpriced for the value they provide. I would strongly recommend against working with Apexhost if you value your time end money.
