Very poor service. Waited 20 minutes for coffee. Wouldn’t come back.

Disrespectful staff as if everything was to much effort. Not to mention the obnoxious child running from behind the counter yelling at the top of his lungs while his minders tell him he's such a good boy makes for a very unpleasant dinning experience. The owner should realize that this is a place of business not a child minding center.

Will not be back. Paid $8 for two pieces of banana bread to take away that were not available in the end. Substituted for 1 piece of raisin toast and a tomato and cheese croissant. After almost 30minutes received 3 weak coffees, half full and wrong. After already leaving discovered my croissant was instead a ham and cheese toasted sandwich. I am a vegetarian, and after not getting my difference back for the order change; I am currently eating an $8 piece of soggy raisin toast.Ps. Learnt to speak to your staff with better respect; people can hear you.

We stopped at the bakery on our way thought , we was charged $19.80 for 4 items when we got outside I said that is not correct it should have been $12.00 ,we went back inside and told the lady she had make a mistake ,I sure by the look on her face she thought we was joking ,after she realised her mistake she gave us the extra Money but not once did she say sorry, really bad customer service.but the food was ok but would not go back again .

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a very long time! Young man was rude and aggressive over a coffee mishap. Still gobsmacked. Had to remind him it is he who works here, not I. I am not familar with his coffee-making processes. I approached the situation with humility and tact. His response was rude and verbally aggressive. As I am part of the motorcycling community, I'll be ensuring the boys go to the competition instead. Total arseclown. He deserves a slap in the face.

This is the worst bakery I have ever been to.1 star is being generous.12:30 Saturday we stopped to buy lunch with my Father and sister inlaw. No pies, pasties or any hot food available. The pie warmer wasn't even turned on.Couldn't even get a sandwich. When my Dad asked her If he could buy a pastie, she shrugged her shoulders and said I have no food to sell you.I then asked to buy a large coffee and the girl said I have no large cups, I can only make you a small one.Told her to forget it. We all walked out and went to the cafe two doors down where we bought a 5 star lunch.
